Check-in time: 14.00 hours (local time) and Check-out is 12.00 noon. The rooms confirmed as reserved will be available for occupation by the CLIENT at the check-in time on the date of arrival until check-out tome on the date of departure.
The Hotel shall guarantee reservations provided client paid by credit card otherwise, the Hotel will not liable to release reserved room by 6.00pm. For guarantee reservations paid, client(s) arriving after 6.00 pm must be clearly specified in writing to the hotel. In case of late arrival or change of schedule; the hotel should be notified preferably by telephone follow with written fax or email.
If request for late Check-out UNTIL 1500 hours (subject to availability): will charge 50% for one room night rate.
If request for late Check-out AFTER 1500 hours will charge 100% for one night room rate.
Child Policy:
Child UNDER 12 years old sharing accommodation is existing bed with parents are FREE of charge with 50% discount on MEAL supplement charge, otherwise extra bed rate USD 25.00 inclusive breakfasts.
Child of one (1) year to four (4) years old is entitling to complimentary breakfast.
Child UNDER 12 years old must accompanied by parents.
Damage Liability Policy:
Any damaged and or missing item(s) from the occupant room will have to pay.
